The Warren Charitable Foundation is committed to improving lives. The Foundation focuses primarily on organizations in the Permian Basin. Grants are made through a spring grant cycle and a fall grant cycle. Interested organizations are required to complete and submit an online Letter of Intent.

2026 Spring Grant Cycle
Letters of Intent are accepted January 12 through March 6.

2026 Fall Grant Cycle
