The Warren Charitable Foundation is committed to improving lives. The Foundation focuses primarily on organizations in the Permian Basin. Grants are made through a spring grant cycle and a fall grant cycle. Interested organizations are required to complete and submit an online Letter of Intent.

2027 Spring Grant Cycle
Letters of Intent are accepted January 4 through February 19.

2026 Fall Grant Cycle
