APPLICATION PROCESS
The Foundation currently considers and makes grants twice a year - through a spring grant cycle and a fall grant cycle. The process for Foundation consideration and awarding of grants consists of two steps:
1. Letter of Intent
Any qualified organization providing services in the Permian Basin and wishing to request a grant must first submit a Letter of Intent along with a copy of the organization's IRS determination letter on or before the applicable deadline. Requests are generally not considered out of cycle.
2025 Letter of Intent Deadlines
Spring - March 7, 2025 by 5 p.m.
Fall - September 5, 2025 by 5 p.m.
